Booking and Cancellations

Bookings must be made through our platform to ensure safety and accountability. Direct agreements outside the platform may violate these Terms. Users may cancel bookings according to our cancellation policy, which balances flexibility for owners with fairness for sitters. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

Liability and Disclaimer

We strive to maintain a safe and reliable platform but make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the performance of service providers. Pet owners assume all risks related to pet behavior, health, and safety. Sitters and walkers assume risks associated with handling pets and entering private property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, injuries, or claims resulting from use of our services, including pet health issues, accidents, or disputes between users.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of rights of others.

Intellectual Property
